I accept PayPal payments only for the moment.
I prefer that PayPal payments be made as soon as you check out unless you and I have made other arrangements.

I am Located in England.
Unless otherwise noted, orders within Europe will be shipped first class.
Any orders over seas. Eg. United States or else where will ship via. First Class International. I am always happy to discuss other shipping options.

My shipping fees include the cost of postage along with a minimal "handling" fee to help me cover the additional costs of getting your item to you quickly and safely.
I always use new shipping/packing materials. If you’d prefer recycled material instead, let me know and I'll do my best. Some larger or international orders may be shipped in recycled boxes. But will be packed safely and securely.
In the case of international orders, all possible customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to fill out customs forms truthfully and accurately.
Some countries have customs policies that prohibit the importation of items;
I reserve the right to cancel sales from customers in those countries if trouble arises.
In an attempt to save a few trees, I do not automatically include receipts (packing slips) with orders. If you would like a receipt included, please let me know.
I do my best to ship all orders within 1-4 business days after receiving payment; in the unlikely event of a delay, I always keep my customers informed.
I ship to the address you indicate on your Paypal.

Although I wouldn't sell anything I didn't feel was extremely tough enough to pass the grade, I do not label, intend or market my designs as child-safe toys.
Most of my items include small parts (and potential choking hazards) like plastic craft eyes, and should be considered "handmade collectibles" for grown-ups and older children (over the age of 12).
